A Deck of Cards + Exercises = That much needed change 

A deck of cards can be a fun way to add some mystery and excitement to your workouts.

If you want to add more challenge to the work out add 21 Burpees for all face cards picked throughout the workout.

Aim for as many games in 30 minutes and get that much needed workout in for the day!
